Can I make my own forms?

Of course! The included Checklist Manager application lets you create forms with any number of tabs and questions, in a straightforward manner. The Manager also lets you control colors and styles of the application (including the logo), enabling you to tailor the look-and-feel.

What forms are included?

All our forms are currently available on the Web through the Checklist Manager download area, and consist of approximately 30 - mostly involving ICS and various SOP topics.

What is a floating license?

When you purchase a license to Checklist, you will receive an email with a license code you use inside the application to register it.

You may install the trial application on as many computers as you would like, but each trial software will expire in 30 days unless you register a license.

If you want to transfer the license from one computer to another, simply use the in-application mechanism to release your license, and acquire it on the new computer. Each license gives you the ability to register the software on up to two computers at one time. Once you acquire the license on a computer, you do not need Internet access to continue using it.

Can I get multi-user discounts?

1-2 licenses = US $395/copy
3-9 licenses = US $295/copy
10+ license = US $199/copy
